Place the bag on the floor board in front of the seat.
Hold them in place with your knees and lean them back against your shoulder.
Use your elbow and biceps to help hold them from moving.
If you have a cover for the top of the bag that covers the clubs, that would be helpful.

Other than that, carry the bag as a caddy would.
Practice riding around town to see if you can do it without problems.</description>
